Our Philosophy

Inspired by the land and sea of Falassarna, our kitchen is built around simplicity, freshness and respect for the ingredients. We use extra virgin olive oil from our own production, while most of our vegetables come from our garden or from local growers in the area. Our fish are caught in the waters of Falassarna, bringing the character of the Cretan sea directly to your table. Every dish is prepared with carefully selected, premium ingredients, chosen to reflect the authentic taste of Crete.
